2.   Book Your Trial: Add the trial session to your cart at checkout and make the payment. This fee will be fully refunded if you decide to                  purchase the chair after the trial.

3.    Schedule the Appointment: Once your order is placed, we will contact you to confirm a trial date and arrange a convenient 2-hour                   delivery window based on your availability.

4.    In-Home Delivery & Setup: On the day of your trial, VComfort will deliver the massage chair to your home and set it up in the desired               location. Please ensure that the doorways in your home have a minimum width of 74 cm to accommodate the chair.

5.   Enjoy a 45-Minute Session: Experience a full 45-minute massage session on the selected chair, and feel free to ask any questions. Our              VComfort advisor will be there to assist you.

6.   Receive a Discount Code: After the trial, you will be given a coupon code equal to the paid session fee, which can be applied toward the        purchase of the chair.
